Peak of the Market does not have any positions currently available in our Winnipeg or Calgary Offices or Distributions Centres. We are extremely fortunate as very few people leave our company. Our current average length of service is 9 years with 11% of our staff being with Peak of the Market over 20 years.

For your information, should a position become available due to retirement, sales increases, etc. the following procedure will be followed.

  1. The position will be posted on the bulletin boards at Peak of the Market for 7 days. We believe in ensuring our co-workers are aware of all opportunities first.
  2. Should no internal candidates be found, the position along with a description of job functions, rate of pay, etc. will be sent to all our Manitoba or Alberta Recipe e-mail subscribers. We feel the people who support Peak of the Market by being subscribers to our free recipe e-mails should find out about new positions prior to it being advertised.

Should you wish to receive new career opportunities shortly after they become available, we would suggest you subscribe to our free recipe e-mails. You can choose to receive recipes on a daily to weekly basis and the only information required is an e-mail address and your province.

People are our most important asset and when we ask them to join our team, it is our hope that they will stay with us until retirement. Therefore, opportunities to join the Peak of the Market family are rare and are created mainly through retirements and sales increases.

If you like winter holidays, Peak of the Market is the place to be. Summer is our busiest time so we don't "plant" ourselves on the beach very often. We strongly believe that work is an important part of life and we should have some fun while accomplishing our goals.
