Fiery Dip
Metric Ingredient Imperial
1 can (19 oz / 540 ml) white kidney beans, drained & rinsed 1
125 ml fresh cilantro 1/2 cup
50 ml lemon or lime juice 1/4 cup
15 ml olive oil 1 tbsp
5 ml minced garlic 1 tsp
1 jalapeno peppers, seeded & cut into chunks 1
In a food processor or blender; combine beans, cilantro, juice, oil, garlic and peppers; blend until smooth. Chill before serving. Serve with crackers.
